Why This Blog Exists
Most tile buyers walk into a showroom knowing nothing about lot codes, PEI ratings, or water absorption classes — and dealers rarely explain any of it upfront. This blog exists to close that gap. Every guide here is written from real factory-floor experience in Morbi, not copied from a spec sheet.

The Person Behind the Guides — Manish Patel
I'm Manishkumar Karamshibhai Mendpara, known in the trade as Manish Patel. I've worked inside Morbi's ceramic tile industry since 2005 — long enough to watch it shift from fax-machine order sheets to WhatsApp catalogues to what it is today.
Buyers don't need more sales pitches. They need someone willing to explain the boring technical stuff honestly, before the money changes hands.
How I Got Here
- 2005 — Eva Marketing: Started out the old way — dealer visits, printed catalogues, fax confirmations.
- 2010 — Going Digital: Moved order sharing, stock checks, and dispatch updates onto WhatsApp as smartphones took over the trade.
- 2013 — Sasta Tiles: Opened a small dedicated setup for online tile marketing.
- 2020 — The Best Ceramic: Built a second brand focused purely on premium tile ranges.
- 2025 — Morbi Tile Hub: Brought two decades of factory relationships into one organised, factory-direct platform.
